Enigma V2 and Clearance Sale Questions
We recently announced a clearance sale and a new V2 Enigma. If you recently purchased, we understand you may feel rug-pulled by the change. We're truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause. We've done our best to be clear and transparent, but we had to announce it sometime, and unfortunately the cutoff date will always feel arbitrary for folks who recently purchased. We understand, and we're here to help.
If you just bought an Enigma, but would rather have the new version, here are your options:

- Wait and see - once the new version launches on March 3rd, you can decide if you want to upgrade. The V2 is an incremental improvement, we haven't come up with any new concealment magic. If you like your current Enigma, there's no reason to upgrade.
- Buy an Upgrade Kit. The kit will come with all the new V2 parts, which are interchangeable and can be swapped out with your current Enigma. Kits will be sold for 30 days only, starting March 3rd.
- Return your Enigma and wait for the V2 launch. If you are within your 30 day return window and would like to return your Enigma, please fill out the return form below. Heads up, though, we cannot refund shipping charges, as those are paid directly to the carrier. We do not keep that money - once it's shipped, it's gone. See our return policy for more details.
- Reach out to us for help. While we try to be transparent and fair, we understand that this announcement will be upsetting to some folks, no matter how hard we try. If you're unhappy, please use the form below and let us know. We'll do our best to help you.
Can you retroactively apply the clearance sale discount?
I'm sorry, we cannot apply the sale price retroactively. The purpose of the sale is to clear out current generation products and incentivize people to buy after the V2 announcement, as well as give us time to build ahead on new units as the stock winds down to zero. You can reach out to us for a discount on an Upgrade Kit, or if you are unhappy with your Enigma, you may return it as described above.
Shipping/Tracking - Where's My Order?

These days, it’s not unusual for packages to take unusual routes or for packages to miss scans at different locations. If the package is still in transit and it’s been less than 10 days since the tracking has been updated, patience is the only prescription. In the rare event that a package is actually lost, contact us for a prompt resolution. If your package says “delivered,” but it’s not in your mailbox or on your doorstep, check first with your neighbors, and then check with your local post office before contacting us. 99% of the time, one of them will have your package.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTE: Please be aware that USPS often experiences delays during the holiday season. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to intervene or expedite its progress. If your shipment is delayed for an extended period of time with no updates to the tracking, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS Postmaster for further assistance. Find an Enigma Compatible Holster
Looking for a holster to use with the Enigma?
If we make an Enigma Express for your gun, that's the best bet! The Express comes pre-assembled with a holster included.
If we don't make an Express for your gun or light, no problem. You can use the Enigma OS, which stands for Open Source. The Enigma OS works with a wide variety of other holsters. Learn which Enigma to buy and find a list of compatible holsters in this easy guide.
Can You Switch Holsters on the Enigma?
Can I Switch Holsters?
That depends on your Enigma model. We designed the Enigma Express to work with our holsters only.
While the Standard and Light Bearing Enigmas can technically be used with multiple holsters, we still don’t recommend frequent switching (although seasonal switching is fine). We designed the Enigma concept, as a whole, for more or less permanent installation. Any screws that don’t come with thread locker should have user-applied thread locker for final installation after you’ve made your adjustments (different guns will require different adjustments). Repeated disassembly substantially increases maintenance requirements. It’s like switching scopes or optics every time you go to the range. It’s better for the hardware, and for your sanity, to get your Enigma really dialed in and optimized once, and then left more or less alone.
If you’re set on frequent holster switching on your Standard or Light Bearing Enigma, make sure to have plenty of spare hardware kits handy and memorize the instructions.

Before emailing us, please make sure you've watched the Quick Start Guide and are wearing the product correctly. (Don't laugh - it happens! 99% of wrong Enigma complaints are people wearing the product backwards.)
